How do I Book?
– Booking can be made Via our website (Book Now) or contact us at info@player1gamingvan.ie or 0872818453. – A €50 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
How do I Pay?
– You can pay via our website, over the phone or in cash on the day.
– We ask that the balance of your party be paid at least 5 business days before your booking date. If you wish to pay in cash, this can be paid to the gaming host on the day before the party starts. Please advise in advance if you will pay in cash.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
-Yes a €50 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
What can I do if you don’t have the date or time I need?
– Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
How much space is required for my gaming party?
– We require a minimum of two standard car parking spaces and generally fit on a standard driveway.
What do I need to provide on the day?
– All we need is access to one standard household plug socket that we can plug in to. We will provide everything else that is required.
How does a gaming van party work?
– Once your booking is confirmed, you can sit back and relax until the end of the gaming party. We will take care of the rest.
Do adults have to be present during the children’s party?
– It’s not mandatory that an adult remain at the Gaming Van as our Gaming Host will be on hand to assist the party goers, however we do ask that an adult is present at the venue throughout the duration of the party.
How long does the party last?
– When booking, you can select how long you would like your gaming party to be. You can select either a 90-minute or 120-minute party. Extra time can also be booked. Suppose the party option you want is not available on the website e.g., a full or half-day event. Call us directly on 0872818453 or email: info@player1gamingvan.ie for availability and a quote.
How far in advance do I need to book?
– There is no time limit on when you need to book however we do recommend you book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the date and time required for your party.
Is the Gaming Van driving around during the party?
– No. we arrive at your venue and the van is parked for the duration of the party.
